Your Initial Consultation
During this initial meeting, we will meet at your home to evaluate your available outdoor space, assess potential garden sites and gather any necessary measurements. This will also be a key opportunity to discuss your gardening goals, current challenges and to identify areas where you are seeking support on your edible garden journey. You will also be introduced to Calgary’s unique Seasonal Growing Calendar to help you determine your gardening timelines and to identify what you might want to grow and when.
It all starts with a conversation. We take the time to listen to your needs and goals, identify challenges, and craft the best path for you to achieve the edible garden of your dreams.
What your Consult Includes
A 60 minute consultation with an experienced Garden Coach to discuss growing goals, past and previous challenges, and assess available growing space
A copy of the YYC Seasonal Growing Calendar and an overview of Calgary’s primary growing seasons and plants that can be grown right here in our unique climate.
An overview of the BEAU Gardens service offerings to support you on your edible garden journey, including our Coaching Package and Custom Design + Installations.
A personalized Garden Plan including a 2D Garden Design* and Customized Coaching Plan based on your specific needs and knowledge-level.
* Garden Design includes 1(one) revision. Additional designs and revisions will be charged at $75 per additional design.
